Must: 采购强，+ 计划 or 物流经验(他们是第三方仓库)其一 2. 和sales的沟通和互动，推动 &规范s&op 流程体系 3. 团队管理-1.架构re-设置 2.空降领导未来发展空间 1. 中国采购是GPO，未来可以拓宽其他亚太区域 2. 和global沟通会很多，exposure机会更多要求： 1. 至少10年供应链管理工作经验，包括采购、物流、计划等方面有丰富经验 2. 机械制造/汽车行业背景优先考虑 3. 团队管理经验 4. 英语流利 5. 欧美集团性企业工作背景 ROLE PURPOSE A highly experienced and strategic Supply Chain Management Director with over 10 years of experience in optimizing supply chain operations, driving efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams. Expert in logistics, purchasing, planning, inventory management, and supplier relationship management. Proven track record of implementing innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. ACCOUNTABILITIES 1) Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s business goals. 2) Oversee purchasing processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards. 3) Manage logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of products in China and further in Asia. 4) Optimize inventory management to balance cost and availability. 5) Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 6) Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders. 7) Implement and utilize technology solutions to enhance supply chain operations. 8) Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency. 9) Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Requirements on knowledge & skills: At least 10-15 years related working experience in manufacturing branch. Knowledge: 1) Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering major likes mechanical engineering, industry engineering, etc. 2) Very good English (or German) in writing and speaking should be a must. 3) Management experience as team leader/manager will be advantage. 4) Familiar with the SAP system or similar ERP systems. Skill: 1) Strategic Planning and Execution 2) Logistics and Distribution Management 3) Procurement and Supplier Management 4) Inventory Optimization 5) Team Leadership and Development 6) Data Analysis and Performance Metrics 7) Risk Management 8) Negotiation and Conflict Resolution 9) Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) 10) Open minded, teamwork spirit, excellent communication skills and willingness to drive change.
